Sunday, June 24, 2007 This week was a week spent in the faraway land of boon lay, for registration, briefings and teacher preparatory programme. Haha.. Nothing much actually, but i did enjoy myself at TPP. My trainer, ms peck, is a really nice lady. She has alot of experience in teaching, principal-ing... She is an really interesting teacher, knew how to capture our attention and shared alot of tools, experience, methods with us. I really like her. =) Learnt sooo much. And one very important lesson i caught from her... dont think negative nor let the negative comments keep you down. Sometimes, we hear the negative comments about things and get worried and fearful of the things to do, but actually we can still find joy and fun doing things. Had cell on tues, at cheryl's place. Sam, jasmine, isobel and cheryl. Not too bad, shared about noah finding favor in God's eyes. Are you like noah, when God looks down from heaven, can He find you righteous and blameless? Finally saw orlie too.. haha. Met the hong kong trippers + zhongyu for dinner on wed night. HAHA. We are really one crazy bunch. Talked till 11 plus. Took cab again... But really enjoyed their company. =) Yes, hong kong trip, shall wait for the pictures so that i can post. haha.. Thurs dance was fun. Sorry ah sam, we were too naughty and cheeky. HAHA. Of course, i love dance.. But there is a nagging pain in my left knee. Praying for complete healing pls God. I want to dance forever for You. Had ruth's tribe congre mtg on fri night. Read pastor rol's email and after the sharing by xiang, i will be signing up for 100k. Jesus came for the poor and lost. the smile on the old lady's face is deeply etched in my mind.. I saw Jesus. =) Dont have to share the gospel, but by blessing the people, we are already bringing Jesus to them. Didnt Jesus came to heal, to bless and to give? By blessing them and praying so that their prayers are answered, we will be bringing the power of Jesus to them. =) No more fear, it's not about me. It's about Jesus. =) Was reading Ps YC's blog.. saw these 2 statements.. He who stops fighting (growing, overcoming) has begun to die - he may have life, but it is just draining out of him. Someone must die to himself / herself, then new life will have a chance to grow up properly. http://pascoaman.blogspot.com/ I must not stop fighting, even faced with disappointment and failures. God will bring me to the finishing line as a winner. Press on.
