Saturday, May 5, 2007 Went for DG... and the blur blur me, wanted to save on plastic bags (conservation right..), put my dinner box in my bag. I was holding it upright, making sure that is doesnt leak. Still as i was walking, i felt my bag was wet. And i realised, the box still leaked, even though it was upright. Maybe i swayed it somehow? i dont know.. So my bag was wet, and my stuff was "contaminated". My notebook, my calender, my file with the worship papers, AND my bible! Gosh... I was quite irritated, with the things, with myself. ARGH. like there were stains in my bible n books. I was really feeling... frustrated and upset, Then i keep reminding myself, dont let circumstances determine how i feel and react, from inside out.. And i told myself, maybe it helps to choose to give thanks. 1Thess5:18. So i think, well give thanks cos it means i have food to eat. Sounds stoopid right. HAHA... ok lah. But once i reached charlotte's place, started to talk to her, i felt better. G12 was good, as usual. HAHA. Had worship and xiang sharing about words. then, i saw this on my cell's blog. It's soooo cool! Talking about speaking positively to ourselves...May u be blessed! WHO AM I? I am a child of GOD [john1:12] I can call Him my Father [Romans 8:14&15] I am a slave of righteousness [Rom 6:18] I am a coheir with Christ, inheriting His glory [Rom 8:17] I am God's handiwork, created in Christ to do His work [Eph 2:10] I am chosen of God holy and dearly loved [Col 3:12, 1 Thess 1:4] I am free from the punishment [condemnation] my sin deserves [Rom 8:1] I am a child of light and not of darkness [1 Thess5:5] BY THE GRACE OF GOD I have direct access to God through the spirit [Eph2:18] Christ Himself lives in me [Col 1:27] I have been given a spirit of power, love and self control [2 Tim 1:27] I have been given the mind of Christ.
