Tuesday, October 23, 2007 I have just finished one piece of work! Submitted my ed psy 2 essay too. Feel accomplished. Though there are 19 more assignments or tests to do. This has been a wonderful week cos it's my birthday!!! My girls celebrated for me on wed at shiying's place. They are very cute. HAHA. From the moment i pressed the door bell, they were super "excited" and "busy". Trying to keep me inside shiying's room, being really weird. but the gave away was really the polar bear game. How weird to play the game with only 6 people. And we had a real weird judge who moved alot and talked no sense. But still, it was a pleasant surprise. =) I really appreciate it. They gave me a teddy bear named grace which they made themselves, 3 roses, 1 card, 1 cake and 1 song. Seeing the notes and the people... thank you. =) Thurs. Went for choir rehearsal. my second time serving.. and i'm serving w bel n ber! shiying came along too. Was pretty ok i guess. The steps were generally simple, but my arms are really aching. held up for too long. Then shin gave it away while asking me to go down after debrief to settle the costume. it was weird to see shin act serious and trying not to laugh.. haha. And of course, the dancers who tried to act like nothing is happening, the rustle of plastic bag, rachel bringing me into the costume room and closing the door... but ultimately, the commotion to ask me out of the room to show a particular step. I was trying so hard not to laugh too. They are just soooo cute. =) thank you. Friday. I must say, i have a nice maths class. Xinwei rmbed wrongly on wed, so everyone knew my birthday and 5 of them came up to wish me. Of course jimmy wanted to sa-bo me. But in the end, they didnt... hee. Sis was really nice too.Ordered pizzas and chicken wings. yummy!! She got a cake too. but i fell asleep and couldnt wake up when dad's home, so we didnt get to blow candle until the morning. But dad n bro were out le. =( Sat.. went down to botanic gardens for costume making workshop. Tried to reach earlier cos i wanted to leave earlier. Good choice. haha. cos i was of help to arrange the ppt and help manage it. =) Then went down to kenneth's to cut my hair. I COLORED MY HAIR... for the FIRST time. really excited. haha. Did a whole head color with 1 highlight.. from 530pm till 1130pm. haha. It was chris's bday.. so i had a slice a cappucino cheese cake, and had fish soup for dinner w them. Happy with the results!!! now i have brown hair. though it's expensive.... Sun. Choir... did make up for ber. and took photos!! =) so fun to serve together. choir was ok... really just putting down everything and worshipping God. =) though something happened on stage... scared me abit. want to know what? Ask me or sheryl ;) After service, open cell celebrated bday for me. haha. had a huge cake... super chocolate-y. Thank God for this family...
